Sai system error question

Hello! It's been a while!
I am currently facing some technical issues with SAI, where it is not running properly.
I tried to open it, but was notified with the following message:
" The program can't start because sfl.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem."
I tried to move the file under C: Program Files as suggested by others but it did not work, while
re-installing the program did not change anything either.
If anyone knows how to resolve this problem, I would be very grateful.

For those who might be wondering why it suddenly became like this -
well I sort of tripped over my one month-old laptop and broke its screen, so I had to buy a new one aha TT
Beside its tragic death, the bigger problem is that I did not save anything before it died ahaha tough life. Ok
